The following quarterly application and funding schedule is followed by the Jon Sims Endowment Fund: Applications should be sent to the Endowment Fund to arrive no later than the first of the month of each quarter to have funds dispersed the 15th of the first month of the following quarter.

Example #1: application deadline of January 1 for a distribution date of April 15.
Example #2: application deadline of April 1 for a distribution date of July 15.
Example #3: application deadline of July 1 for a distribution date of October 15.
Example #4: application deadline of October 1 for a distribution date of January 15.

It is the shared understanding of the parties that the  Applicant shall serve to promote JSEF and shall ensure attribution of JSEF contribution(s).

• Include “Funded by the Jon Sims Endowment Fund for the Performing Arts (www.JSEF.org)” on final resulting work products for which said funds were utilized (below the Title of Composition on the score, the parts, and on concert programs in which the place piece performed).
• Announcements and promotions shall be prominently displayed on the Applicants website and other communications, concerning receipt of and other communications, including the use of promotional media.
• JSEF reserves the right to feature the Applicants announcements and promotions on the JSEF website and other communications, including the use of promotional media.
• JSEF may be allotted an advertisement in the concert program at no cost.
• The JSEF Logo shall remain on the Applicant’s website Sponsorship page for a period no less than 365 days from the date the Applicant receives the proposed grant funds.
• The Stipulation shall be considered inseparable from the condition of the remainder of the grant application.  If any portion is deemed unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceable of the other portions of this agreement.
